Private Offline AI has no account, no analytics and no server. The AI model is inside the app and runs on your iPhone, so your conversations are never sent anywhere by default.

We do not operate a server, and we receive nothing from the app — not your messages, not your documents, not usage statistics, not even a crash report. A few features can reach the internet, and every one of them is off until you switch it on. They are listed below, and none of them send anything to us.
Nothing. The app contains no analytics, no crash reporting, no advertising and no third-party SDKs of any kind. There is no account to create and no identifier assigned to you.
Everything lives in the app's own storage on your iPhone, protected by iOS data protection. Deleting the app deletes all of it.

The app's Documents folder is visible to you under On My iPhone → Private Offline AI in the Files app. That is deliberate, so you can get your own data out. It also means anything with access to your unlocked device and the Files app can read it.
If you connect a cloud AI provider or an email account, the key or password you enter is stored in the app's private preferences on your device, protected by iOS data protection. It is used only to talk to that provider directly. It is never sent to us and never shared with anyone else. For email we recommend using an app-specific password rather than your main account password, and revoking it from your provider if you stop using the feature.
The core experience — chatting with the built-in model, reading your documents and images, notes, to-dos and transcription — works with the device in Airplane Mode. These are the only paths that leave your phone, and each one is started by you:

The on-device model is the default. Nothing above happens unless you turn it on, and turning it off stops it.

Each is requested the first time you use the feature, and the app works without granting any of them.
The app is a general-audience product and is not directed at children under 13. Because we collect nothing, we hold no information about anyone, including children.
There is no data of yours for us to hand over, correct or delete, because we never receive any. Your own copy is in the app and in the Files app, and you can export or delete it yourself at any time. Deleting the app removes everything.
If a future version of the app sends anything anywhere new, this page and the App Store privacy label will be updated before that version ships.
