Offline AI Accountant does not collect, transmit or store any of your information. There is no account, no analytics and no server for your data to go to.

Your transactions, receipts, invoices, clients and merchants are written to a private folder on your iPhone, encrypted by iOS, and never sent anywhere. The AI that categorises entries and reads receipts runs on the device itself. We cannot see your books, because they are never sent to us.

All of it is protected with iOS file protection (complete until first user authentication), so it is encrypted at rest. It is included in an iCloud or Finder backup of your phone only if you have backups switched on; that backup is between you and Apple.
By default: nothing. The app makes no network requests of its own. It works with the phone in airplane mode.
There is exactly one optional exception, off unless you switch it on and connect your own API key:
Your API key is stored on your device and is used only to talk to the provider you chose. What that provider does with a request is governed by their privacy policy, not this one.
Nothing. There is no analytics SDK, no crash reporter, no advertising identifier, no telemetry and no "anonymous usage statistics". The app has no code that reports anything to the developer.

Each is requested only at the moment you use the feature, and the app works without any of them.
Export at any time from More → Export everything: spreadsheet CSVs, a double-entry journal, a complete JSON backup that restores exactly, or a single ZIP containing all of that plus every receipt image and invoice PDF. There is no limit, no paywall and no cloud round trip. Deleting the app deletes the data with it, so export before you do.
The app is a business tool and is not directed at children. It collects no information from anyone, of any age.
If a future version ever transmits anything by default, this page will say so plainly and the App Store privacy label will change with it. The date at the top is the last revision.
