A private tutor that runs on your iPhone. No account, no subscription, and no internet needed.
Email and you will get a reply. Include your iPhone model, your iOS version and what you were doing when it went wrong — that is usually enough to solve it in one round trip.
Email supportOpen the app and pick a mode from the bar at the bottom. Fill in the short brief, tap the button, and the tutor starts. Everything runs on the device, so the first reply takes a few seconds while the model loads.
Tell it the subject and why you are studying it. Optionally attach a PDF or DOCX of your notes and it will teach from them. Then ask anything — it explains rather than quizzes you.
Enter the role, your years of experience, and attach your résumé as a PDF or DOCX. The résumé is required for this mode, because the questions are drawn from it. The interviewer asks one question at a time and waits for your answer.
Enter the subject, choose multiple choice or written answers, and optionally attach reference material. You get one question at a time; each answer is marked and the correct answer explained before the next question.
The AI model is inside the app — roughly 770 MB of the download. That is what lets it work with no account and no internet. Because of the size, iOS will ask you to install over Wi-Fi.
The model is loaded into memory the first time you start a session after launching the app. After that, replies are much faster. Older iPhones are slower than new ones; this is normal and not a fault.
Yes. That is the intended way to use it. The app makes no network requests unless you connect a cloud model yourself.
.doc, .xls and .ppt are not
supported. Save as .docx and try again.Yes. Settings → AI Engine → Import a GGUF model lets you pick any
compatible .gguf file from Files. Put it in
Files → On My iPhone → Offline AI Academy first if you want it handy.
Larger models are slower and need more memory; if a model will not load, it is
usually too large for the device.
Yes, with your own API key: Settings → AI Engine → Connect a cloud API. Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, Groq, Mistral, DeepSeek and Qwen are built in, and there is a custom option for Ollama, LM Studio, OpenRouter or any OpenAI-compatible endpoint. While a cloud engine is active your session text is sent to that provider — see the privacy policy. Switch back to the bundled model any time to go fully offline again.
On iPhones with 4 GB of memory or less, the app restarts itself when you switch between models, because the old model has to be released first. Reopen it and the engine you chose will be active. This is a known limitation and is on the list to improve.
Sessions are deliberately not saved. When you leave a conversation it is gone, which is part of keeping the app private. Use Copy or Share under any reply to keep something before you leave.
It can. A 1-billion-parameter model that fits on a phone is useful for explaining, drilling and rehearsing, but it is not a reference work and it will sometimes be confidently incorrect. Check anything that matters against your course material. Attaching your own notes makes it noticeably more accurate.
Settings → Appearance has a light/dark switch and six accent colours. The whole app follows your choice immediately.
Delete the app. Nothing is stored anywhere else, and there is no account to close. To remove just an imported model or an API key, use Settings → AI Engine.
