Offline AI is built around one principle: your data stays on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information.
Data Collection
We do not collect any personal data. Specifically:
- No personal information such as name, email, or phone number
- No usage data, analytics, or telemetry
- No cookies, trackers, or third-party analytics
- No device identifiers or advertising IDs
- No advertisements of any kind
On-Device Processing
When using the built-in AI model, all processing happens entirely on your device. Your conversations, prompts, documents, images, voice recordings, notes, and tasks are stored locally and never transmitted to any server.
Cloud AI Services
You may optionally connect third-party AI services (Google Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Groq, or custom endpoints) using your own API keys. When you use a cloud AI service:
- Prompts are sent directly from your device to the provider you configured
- We do not act as an intermediary or route traffic through our servers
- API keys are stored locally on your device and never transmitted to us
- Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective privacy policies
Web Search
The optional web search feature sends queries directly from your device to third-party search services. We do not log, store, or intercept your search queries. Results are processed on your device or by your configured AI provider.
Website Content
When you provide a URL, the webpage is fetched directly from your device to the website's server. We do not proxy, cache, or store the content of any website you visit through the App.
Speech Recognition
The App uses Apple's built-in Speech Recognition framework for voice input and transcription. We do not access, store, or transmit your audio recordings. Refer to Apple's privacy policy for details on speech data handling.
Camera and Photo Library
Images you capture or select are processed locally on your device, or sent to your configured cloud AI provider if using a vision-capable cloud model. We never access, collect, or store your photos.
Local Data Storage
The following data is stored locally on your device:
- Conversation history
- Notes and to-do items
- System instructions and preferences
- API keys and endpoint configurations
- Imported AI models
All locally stored data is deleted when you uninstall the App. We have no access to any of this data.
Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Since the App does not collect data from any user, no special provisions are necessary.
Third-Party Services
The App does not integrate third-party SDKs, analytics frameworks, advertising networks, or social media trackers. The only external services are those you explicitly choose to connect.
Data Security
All data remains on your device, protected by iOS built-in security including device passcode, Face ID, Touch ID, and data encryption. We recommend keeping your device software up to date.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
In Short
